Downloading the Logitech c920 Software for Windows and Mac
At this point, I’m assuming that you’ve already placed your device or tripod. You’ll need to download and install the Logitech Webcam Software. You need an internet connection for this. Once you have downloaded the software into your computer, Run setup and follow the prompts. The installation process is intuitive and easy to follow.
Troubleshooting
If your computer or device does not detect your camera, try the following:
- Try connecting the camera to a different USB port on your device.
- Make sure your camera is not connected to a docking station or USB hub.
- Switch between USB 3.0 port and the USB 2.0 ports.
